When I know I don't want to eat fruit but should, I put a small serving in a cup and don't allow myself to get up until it's finished. It helps me to feel full and better for the rest of the day, even if I didn't want it in the first place.

    i have to force myself to find healthier ways to eat certain foods, i found yonanas. it uses frozen fruit and makes "ice cream". it switches a healthy for not so good for you
