Let cooked roasts stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes before carving to let the juices settle. The meat will firm up for easier slicing. Wet your hands in cold water before mixing or shaping ground beef and the meat won't stick to them.

Onion Soup ~ Cheap ~ Nutritious ~ So Low In Calories
Onions are very rich in vitamins and minerals. They are antioxidants & anti-inflammatory properties, so very god for arthritis, cholesterol, diabetes, osteoporosis and even a help in fighting cancer. Beef broth & onions, so very low in calories. Add a very thin slice of French bread with melted swiss cheese from the toaster & you have a quick French Onion Soup. To boil prepare lean ground beef for dishes, add a bit of water to ground beef in pan... when cooked, pour into colander... rinse with water... put back into pan... brown ground beef... Fat Reduced Lean Ground Beef!
