I wake up early to walk, but I am slow to start in the morning! The night before, I lay out my workout gear, shoes with socks in them, my pedometer,MP3 player, extra battery and I fill up 2 empty bottles with water and stick them in the fridge. When my alarm goes off, I don't have to search, I can do my warm up, get dressed and out the door I go!

Endorphins are an amazing thing. I no longer dread getting up in the morning to do my morning walk. Some mornings it takes a little longer to warm up my muscles and get going but once I get going 244. I have to rein myself in to keep from overdoing it. I have an exercise high for the next hour or so. That feeling is my motivation for getting up and moving.198
I have a hard time eating breakfast with all that goes on in the morning - Taking my morning meds, getting 4 kids out the door for school, hubby out the door - Solution for me is to drink I high protein meal replacement while getting the morning rush done - 244
Side note - I also have a strong dislike for most foods breakfast in nature, so a meal replacement works perfect for me! And I am not tempted by the more yummy breakfast foods that I actually DO like!!
