i purchased hanging shoe organizers with clear pockets (the vinyl kind) and hung them on my children's closet doors. in addition to keeping shoes in there, the pockets are perfect for socks, stockings, hats, scarves and gloves, belts, and even small toys. the clear pockets allow me to see what my children have available for use and allows them to learn organization as well!

We do a lot of running with our Morning Mile Runs and ALOT of running around in general! So, we have alot of shoes in the family!Since the hall closet does not have ENOUGH SPACE ,I MADE MORE SPACE! I bought a VERTICAL shoe organizer that attaches with velcro. I have the most shoes--running shoes, every day shoes, etc. ,so I use it the most putting in one shoe in each holder so it does not OVERLOAD and fall down. This allows me to have MORE SPACE in our small closet and reach my shoes,
whatever ones I'll need for the moment!!! I think the vertical shoe organizers may be available @ Bed, Bath & Beyond.
When I'm feeling stressed and want to snack on junk. I find taking a walk , like on my 15min break, getting outside does the trick. By the time I end my little walk I no longer have the desire for a junky snack at all.311
