Changing up your exercise routine on a daily basis is a good thing! It will help wake up the muscles that are not used on a regular basis. You also dont want your body to get used to the same old routine, other wise you will not burn enough calories. Make sure your cardio is different every day!

    Not only does this keep your body guessing, you're less likely to get bored. When I plan out my workouts, I make sure to include 2-3 different types of cardio (step, kickboxing, walking) and I try to use several DVDs for strength training.

    I agree with this. I try to switch up to break the monotony.
