Try this before seasoning and cooking your meat or fish. To get the freshness out of your poultry or seafood place contents in a bowl fill with a little water and squeeze a lemon or lime (juice) in it let sit for 5 mins and rinse. IF you dont have lemon use 1/2 cup flour make sure the water is covering your meat before adding flour. Use your hands to break down the lumps in the water and mix your meat. Rinse well & You can now season your meat and cook.
