Secrets of Success

Place Goals In A Place Where They Are Viewed By All.

I decided at the beginning of this year to make a chart and put it on the fridge (kinda like the fundraiser ones). Each pound I loose I fill it in. I also put a sign with my goal weight on the fridge. Current training/workout schedules are taped on the fridge as well. I notice them each time I walk into the kitchen and so does the rest of my family.

I am so doing this. I'm very visual and tangible. I like to see an touch my goals. Time to start making charts and sticking them all over the walls. - by EPATTEN79
  • I like this idea and may do something like this. I made my motivational poster and it is on our bedroom door. On Pintrest I found an idea to have glass beads, marbles, etc in one container with "Pounds to Lose" and then have another container with "Pounds Lost" on it. As you lose weight you move a bead(s) from the one to the other. I have a pair of pants I want to get into and have safety pins on the legs... left side for what I need to lose and right side for what I have lost.

Here is a link to the Pintrest idea if you want to check it out. You will porbably have to copy and paste it.
