Whenever, its raining and I lose the ability to go outside for a run or the kids are wanting to do something, I say let's dance to make the rain go away... well usually 45 - 60 minutes later after we've danced to all our favorite tunes! I feel great and burned like 300-500 calories.
I mean waving hands in the air, singing out loud, clapping and snapping my fingers dancing. I even lifted and dipped the kids a few times

I listen to a great life coach named Scott Smith and his Motivation to Move podcasts. Daily Boost is free on itunes. He has great titbit's of motivation and for his paying premium members it comes to me 11 times a week. His motto is start moving, stay moving once you take a step just repeat! 652
When I don't feel like working out, I tell myself to workout for 5 minutes. I can do anything for 5 minutes, and I can certainly carve 5 minutes out of my day! If, after those 5 minutes, I don't want to continue, I stop. But, usually, once I get moving, I stay moving!
No matter how much pain I am in, I know that the only thing that is going to help me feel better is to get up and move. As I am moaning and groaning as I move across the room, I make that special effort to do my stretches and warm up for that work out I know is going to make me feel much better inside and outside.
So My motivation is get up and move ( A body in motion stays in motion)
