Looking @ my Spark Goodies, I realize that the large majority of them were given to me by ME. I use the small tokens as rewards much like I use reward charts in my classroom. I go through the prizes & find the one that speaks to me @ the time & relates to something else I have done in a healthy way for myself. For example, I gave myself fruit when I went to a farmer's market & sneakers when I bought real sneakers to use for walking & to make my feet & back feel good.
I gave myself a bronze medal for one weight. I am giving myself a silver medal when I get to one pound less than I was 17 years ago ( I was there a couple of weeks ago and need to lose this fluid to stay there.) I am giving myself a gold medal when I reach the weight I was 21 years ago.
