Any weight loss journey is a tough prospect - even more so if it is a lifestyle change. It's easy to get blinkered, and expect the weight to continuously fall off. Thing is, that doesn't happen. You'll gain back a couple of lbs every now and then, and thats ok! you've learned a ton, apply those lessons
Even after dropping 60lbs, I still occasionally put on 5 or 6 lbs here and there. Rather than losing heart, I use my new found fitness and motivation and work those lbs off again. This is now my life, and there is room for small gains and small losses in the grand scheme of things!
