Sometimes it takes more than willpower to lose weight. For me it took avoidance. I had to remove everything that caused a craving. For me it was fats and sugars. I cannot eat 1 hershey kiss, I have to eat the whole bag. So I omitted it from my life. 4 months later, I am still eating healthy and I do not miss it.
Another thing I gave up, condiments. Other than fat free catalina dressing, salsa and hot sauce, I do not add flavorings. I don't tip the salt shaker either. Whole grain and fresh fruits and veggies, and lean meats. I track everything that enters my mouth.
