When I thought of it as a diet, I was never successful. When I started thinking of it as a lifestyle change things are better. I haven't seen results on the scale yet HOWEVER I FEEL better

I agree with you completely! I think I have a mental block when it comes to the word "diet", but "lifestyle change" really helps keep my head in the game.

I feel the same. It's more than learning how and what to eat. It includes exercise and I am sure we will learn alot. have a great day
