At http://www.technosweat.com/ You can make your own workout mix cd. You can also adjust beats per minute on your own songs. There is a cost. I also found a list of good workout music there. If you search for it on itunes podcasts there are some free workout episodes available.
Everyone has their own workout times, but this helps me: In the morning, I get out of bed and put my workout clothes on immediately and get my workout done right away, it really does get me started on my day. If I workout in the evening, I walk in the door and go change immediately and workout. If I sit down or do anything else, I'm less likely to workout. So, for me, morning or evening doesn't matter, making it the happen as soon as possible is what pushes me. 189
Hellow Sparkies! I know we are in the 21st century of technology with Ipods and MP3 players, but for those of us who workout to music, and don't own these things.... Head on over to playlist.com and create your own workout playlist. IT"S FREE! I hook mine up to computer speakers (bass included) and jam out while doing Tae-bo. :)
