Brown Rice To The Rescue!

Some expert says that eating brown rice cuts the risk of developing diabetes in half. It's one of very few "grains" that I can eat without getting migraines. I'm just about ready to start mixing it with chocolate and cherry pie filling to see just how far I can take this amazing food. It's taken me quite a few failures to learn to cook it. Walmart's brand has the right instructions. Now, I cook some every chance I can so it's ready for when I need it! Good bye instant rice; hello nutrition!

    Try cooking brown rice a 2nd time to make rice pudding by adding some brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, and raisins (if you like them). I used to love this as a child when my parents made it!
