When it comes to starting a new lifestyle of exercising, start small but be consistant. When I used to try to be a body builder on my first day back to the gym and run a marathon on the tredmill, I was way too sore the next day to even continue and I soon found myself in the bed rather than in the gym. When you set a goal to be consistant, you will soon make exercise a habit and it will not be so hard to slowly add to your daily routine and before you know it, your life has changed!

  • that is so true i have started back walking. 5 days a week 3miles aday building up to 5 the chang i see in the way my cloths fit. know i no exercise being consistacy pays off i tell every walk - by SHORTYTHICK
