Goal-Setting As A Mood Booster

I have found that setting goals not only yields results (as in accomplishing the obvious), but it boosts my self-confidence, and helps me think through my words and actions before following through. There is much satisfaction in completing goals!

In the end, I am more likely to do the right thing, including eating and exercising, and how I interact with others, rather than follow old, destructive habits and end up with a load of stress.
