I weigh myself every day if possible when I first wake up, but I only record the days in SP when I actually have lost weight from the last time I weighed in.

This makes it seem more positive to me--having a tracked record of steadily losing weight, in spite of whatever other days I may have been at a plateau or even gained weight again.

    I do the same thing. Since I'm weighing in every day, I expect my weight to fluctuate, but I mark it down when I see a new low number. Weighing daily keeps me more consistent.
