Cook up a vegetable broth--put 10 cups of water in a big soup pot, and put in whatever you wish from the following: chopped dark leafy greens, sweet potato, rutabaga, turnip, onion, dried mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, whole garlic. Let it simmer 2 hours; strain out the veggies and store in the fridge up to 5 days. Drink a cup 2 or 3 times a day. Drink some before bed. Lots of nutrients and it will alkalize your body, decrease appetite, and reduce food cravings.
