Try PLAIN greek yogurt with fresh sliced strawberries for a lot of protein and not a lot of sugar. Greek yogurt has less sugar than regular and the strawberries help sweeten the deal. If you need a little more sweetness, try 1/2 packet of splenda or a bit of honey.
Strawberries not in season? Buy them frozen and mix with the yogurt in the morning. By the time you are ready for a morning snack, the strawberries will have thawed and blended making perfect strawberry yogurt!
Yoplait makes a Greek-style yogurt that is really good. 130 calories (for the honey vanilla I'm eating right now!), no fat, plus 12g of protein. A protein powerhouse! It comes in strawberry, blueberry, honey vanilla and plain. Fantastic! 48
