i have been doing 1 tbsp of any kind of food for suppers,lunch i eat a salad with fruits in it ,radishs, cucumbers with peel and only 2 slices, and went to everything that has soy and natural things in it. cause i have allergeries to milk and milk products.
and i use to worry about everything.now i just let it go.and i don't push my self to exercise i use my Gazelle 15 - 20 mins. every other day ,or when i feel up to it. and i have a step counter that i keep track of my steps every day. and just doing that i have been losing the pounds
