Finding so many resources I can access from home; learning to set small achievable goals and measurable goals, support from great teams ; exercises that start you out as slowly as you need to start with super encouragement from the SP coaches; wonderful information and recipes for healthful food choices are only some of the most important benefits I have discovered. It is not a diet but a mind and life change that is doable and measurable. I know of nowhere else to gain this in one place.

More Information:

I am now using a stationary bike, dumbbells and a resistance band as my exercise equipment.
