I am a mindless grazer. So my husband bought me a one of the bite size cup cake pans. I have made muffins and bite size brownies and if I get a sweet tooth I eat just 1. I also keep them hidden so that they are out of sight and out of mind.

Cut squash in quarters, remove seeds, and rinse clean. Place squash quarters in a baking pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, place 1/2 water in pan, cover, bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes or microwave until tender. Tastes is similar to a sweet potato.
