When out walking in your neighborhood, don't cut corners when turning at intersections. I found myself 'rounding the corners' when I turned to go in a new direction. I decided to try walking straight to the corner then sharply turning onto the next street....the difference for me was 10 extra steps! Imagine how many more steps you can get in overall, just doing this one simple adjustment.

The only weigh for myself to lose weight and keep it off is to be honest. Don't cut corners while recording calories and exercise. It is too easy to justify a small snack here and there and say "I'll work it off later." Later never comes and the calories add up. So be honest and true and you will lose weight!
After you whip up your meringue, scoop it into a large Ziplock bag, cut off a corner of the bag (the larger the cut, the larger your meringues will be) and simply squeeze the meringues onto cookie sheets covered with aluminum foil. Fast, easy, and makes for minimal cleanup!
