So friends the way you talk to yourself is important. Slowly change the "I wont's to " I did" Examples: "I did exercise today! I did turn down junk food today!"etc... And you will see Success in your life.

The best way to stay motivated is to love yourself. I know this is hard for many but it can be accomplished. Stop the negative self-talk now. When you catch yourself thinking or saying something negative about yourself, stop and make yourself say something you like about yourself.
