Eating breakfast everyday ..I have a cup of cheerios every morning with a cup of fruit with it too.. It helps stay on track... I drink water at night too (32oz) of water ...

My favorite breakfast is cheerios with a fruit cup and my 32 oz of water with a half cup of milk every day and night.. I work out to taebo ,insanity,wii fit plus, using my dumbells to do pushups , i also do the steps in my apartment one up and one down 20 times ..i have 8 steps in my apartment ...
