I have found that I CAN jog, but I do not run downhill. The impact causes major pain in my hips, knees and feet. If I do intervals, where I only run the uphills and flats on my 5 mile route, I avoid the pain and still get that heart rate buzzing!

I really hate to exercise, it would cause so much pain. I needed to build up the muscles! So I started water jogging. Same benefits, much more fun, and no pain. You'll feel like noodle when you get out of the water though ;)
