I have tried many different diets in the past and find that when I get busy or overly hungry that I fall right off and don't care about making healthy choices anymore! This time I have a planned "emergency" meal at work and at home in case I find myself in a bad spot. I have cottage cheese, rice, and some Applegate deli meat ready to go. These are foods that I love and never get sick of so I know I will be satisfied with them.
Choose something that you really like or this won't work!!
