Make up a sugar free jello then tip in about 200g of whatever frozen fruit you like/have in your freezer, then refrigerate. Some great things about this desert: 1) the jello sets quickly 2) it tastes yummy 3) it's very low calorie 4) it really rounds of a meal and you don't feel "deprived"
