When I am tempted to eat a tasty desert, meal or snack. I enjoy it and stop feeling guilty. Simply, instantly get back on track, stay motivated with the meal plans and exercise routines.

Feeling bad about enjoying a food or candy that you crave and ate is not healthy. Please, right away put your mind at ease and keep loosing weight. Do not procrastinate because you feel sad about loosing to a temptation.

    I agree sometimes I find I only need to eat half of that (something I'm craving) to feel satisfied with out guilt.
