Take a glass of Pulp in orange juice and strain it over a bowl. The pulp can be used in place of orange zest and can be frozen in plastic 'shot glasses' with plastic wrap for easy additions to baking or cooking recipes.

If a recipe calls for lemon zest AND juice, make sure you do the zesting first: the lemon can still be squeezed easily, but getting the zest from a squeezed lemon is quite hard!
If you need both the zest and the juice of a lemon, make sure you remove the zest first, then press for the juice: it's much easier than the other way round!
