Mix 3/4 portions of Greek yogurt with 1/4 portion of Spicy Low Sodium V-8 juice (or just enough to thin as desired) for a low cal/low sodium red salad dressing. Use for salad, or for a chicken/fish marinade or sauce. V-8 is always in my refrigerator for a quick veggie fix, anyhow!

I recently grew a lot of salad in my garden and starting eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some other foods on the side. I found a felt full with a bunch of salad because it crowded out other foods I would eat instead. I lost six pounds in one week and am still losing.
I use a homemade salad dressing by Nataila Rose Chili Lime Dressing and Annie's Natural's Goddess dressing light
Whenever I bake chicken or fish, I line the baking dish with foil and spray it with nonstick spray before I put the meat in the dish. Then when its done, I just throw the foil away and give the dish a quick suds and rinse. I save so much time on cleaning up this way!
This also works on baking sheets if I'm making homemade french fries or roasted veggies or things like that.
