Last night, I mixed together the following: 1/2 c. dry oatmeal (not instant), 1/2 c. non fat yogurt, 1/4 c. Greek yogurt and 1/4 c. kefir. This morning I stirred in 2 tbs. of ground flax seed. I ate it cold (hot summer day). This meal has 25 g. of protein and I was energized all morning.

I've noticed that if I eat a high protein breakfast then I am full all morning without any hunger pangs! At least 15g of protein in my breakfast helps me feel satisfied for longer than a lower protein breakfast. Don't skimp on your carbs though, my whole grain bread has 5g of protein in one slice.
Foods I eat to get my breakfast protein include eggs, turkey bacon, whole grain bread, and cheese.
