Crowding Out Other Foods With Greens




I recently grew a lot of salad in my garden and starting eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some other foods on the side. I found a felt full with a bunch of salad because it crowded out other foods I would eat instead. I lost six pounds in one week and am still losing.

  • I always feel good when I eat plenty of greens. I have a big salad every day for lunch with Romaine lettuce. I also cook collards, mustard greens or kale, which are all delicious once you get used to the taste.
