Take a pic of yourself that you don't like, one where you may look overweight or tired. Print out that pic and put it on the fridge, pantry, keep it with you. Remind yourself that you are working to change that image and you never want to look like that again. We don't see ourselves the same way in a picture as we do when we look in the mirror. When you reach a goal, take another pic and post it next to the bad one. It will inspire you even more!

Printed out an 8x10 copy of a 'fat' picture and taped it to a wall or door. Get some star stickers, and put a star on your picture for every pound lost. Watch your picture get covered with stars while you remind yourself that you are one.8
Yesterday I printed off 20 pictures of 'hot' bodies, yummy healthy food, people jumping and positive images. I promised myself I could eat whatever I wanted but first I have to flip through all 20 pictures. Last night I did this after dinner and had no desire for anything sweet and today has been the same. Going to print a set for beside my bed so when I wake up they are there and then take a set in my handbag for emergencies. Works for me !
