Take a pic of yourself that you don't like, one where you may look overweight or tired. Print out that pic and put it on the fridge, pantry, keep it with you. Remind yourself that you are working to change that image and you never want to look like that again. We don't see ourselves the same way in a picture as we do when we look in the mirror. When you reach a goal, take another pic and post it next to the bad one. It will inspire you even more!
