I recently grew a lot of salad in my garden and starting eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner with some other foods on the side. I found a felt full with a bunch of salad because it crowded out other foods I would eat instead. I lost six pounds in one week and am still losing.

Getting salad dressing on the side is a no brainer when trying to eat better, but often the containers they bring out contain more dressing than they would have put on the salad in the first place!
