Track EVERYTHING you eat no matter how small. Workout every day even if you don't feel like it. Fake it till you make it and it will soon become a habit that you look forward to. Be consistent with both of these no matter what.
BE PATIENT...it may take months but you will see results if you remain consistent! When you don't feel like it , remember, go through the motion anyway and fake it till you make it!
