I'm sure I'm the 50th person to say this, but when you're having trouble feeling truly motivated, just fake it till you make it. I wasn't really into sparking today, but I decided I would go through the motions, and whaddya know, I got into it!

Sometimes you just have to fake it till you make it! Don't think about it, just do it. Once you do this a few times, it just starts becoming a new and healthy habit.
Track EVERYTHING you eat no matter how small. Workout every day even if you don't feel like it. Fake it till you make it and it will soon become a habit that you look forward to. Be consistent with both of these no matter what.
