I have fibromyalgia, so I take pain meds 3 times per day. About 45 min. after I take my pill I set my alarm and do my workouts. I'm very flexible but try to do them about the same times every day. I'm going to eventually add on minutes as I go until I'm a "WORKOUT MACHINE"
Finding time to workout is sometimes difficult. To ensure I have my 30 mins. I set my alarm to go off a half hour early. Even if I don't want to get up, I remind myself that I made a commitment by setting the alarm and that honoring the commitment will have positive results! Afterwards, I feel good and have more energy for the rest of the day!
