Instead of boiling eggs, heat the oven to 325 and put the eggs in a cupcake pan and bake for 25-30 mins. The shells come off amazing. I saw this on pinterest and had to try it and it worked like a charm! Best thing I found on pinterest.

This trick has really helped me save time from peeling hard boiled eggs. I have even started buying eggs in bulk and separating the yolk so I have egg whites. They are such a time saver! You can eat an egg white if you are really hungry or chop up a few egg whites for a quick and easy egg salad.

Worked. Great thing to do to save energy by preping eggs while baking something else.

I tried this but with a twist. I put the eggs in to the oven and switched it on. That way the power of preheating the oven cooked the EGGS I love this idea.
