Instead of boiling eggs, heat the oven to 325 and put the eggs in a cupcake pan and bake for 25-30 mins. The shells come off amazing. I saw this on pinterest and had to try it and it worked like a charm! Best thing I found on pinterest.

451 Add at least one Tablespoon of baking soda to the water I boil my eggs in. Also stir your eggs occasionally as they begin to boil, this keeps the yolk in the middle. Before boiling your eggs, wrap the outer skin from an onion around the egg. You can use red or yellow onions. Next wrap the egg and onion skin in paper towel. Secure with a rubber band. Boil eggs as normal. This also works well if you want to remember which eggs in your fridge are hard boiled.
