Don'T Work Yourself To Death




I've noticed that sometimes when I'm working out in front of people, I'm tempted to go faster or push harder because I'm insecure about my fitness level, but when I do that before my body is able, I exhaust myself and hurt the next day. Now, I stick to my goals and kick it up a bit when I know my body is ready to move forward, not because I worry what others will think. Injury and pain from overwork can kill an exercise habit. Why sabotage your hard work?
