I've noticed that sometimes when I'm working out in front of people, I'm tempted to go faster or push harder because I'm insecure about my fitness level, but when I do that before my body is able, I exhaust myself and hurt the next day. No one likes to think of their own end, but it is inevitable. I often hear people talk about how they are too busy to do the things they'd like to do. Remember a couple of things- 1) No one was ever on their deathbed wishing they spent more time at work or cleaning the house. 2) Never feel you are indispensable. Go to any graveyard, I would imagine that there are people there who thought the very same about themselves... yet, the world kept turning, society didn't collapse. Live, laugh, love.
Many culture don't look at death with dread, they are aware of it and live every moment as if it were their last.
A good start to stay positive is to reflect on the times that you were unstoppable in some point of your life. Retrieve that information and rebuild. Keeping in mind that your mind body and spirit have to have goals to make everything unite. 104
