Morning Workouts For A Non-Morning Person



As part of my nighttime routine, I make sure that my workout clothes are at the foot of my bed along with my heart monitor, there's a glass of water on the nightstand, and my gym bag is packed and waiting for me at the front door with my keys on top. This way, there is no way for me to be distracted on my way out the door and to the gym!
