I know that if I stay involved in a nutritional/fitness program, keeps me motivated because there are others in my shoes. I have been involved in the Y-Change I program at my local YMCA since October; it was the best decision I ever made. I love going to seminar each week and sharing my successes and my failures. It is also nice to be able to workout with a group of people because we motivate each other. 306
Personal trainers can be costly but you can't put a price on good health. A personal trainer has helped me stay on program because he knows exactly what I need for success. He is someone who will push me past what I would normally do on my own. He is also someone else who is invested in my success because his job is to help me succeed in losing weight and be physically fit.
I find that staying on program, I go out to eat way less and when I do go out, the bill is much lower. I haven't had the extra wine, appetizer or dessert. The money that I save on dinner in restaurants I use to pay my personal trainer. In fact, some weeks, I have even saved money!!!
