It is always pleasant to learn that something you enjoy eating is good for you. I am in better condition physically than I should be because of the way I have abused my body--smoked for Over 30 years, for example--because of eating foods, like olives, that were good for me.

I have a can of black olives in the cabinet. I was thinking to try to make an olive tapenade for my sandwiches to use instead of mayo but this sounds even easier.
