I used cinnamon sticks as a replacement for cigarettes when I quit smoking. I will have to try it for hunger. Seems like it may be the cure all.

after my husbands heart attack the hospital told him to chew hot gum or candy to help with his urge to smoke and that worked. So, I guess I will try this. Thank You

I love cinnamon gum! It's the only flavor I chew. BUT I've never paid attention to whether I feel less hungry from chewing it. Will have to give it a try when I am hungry and pay attention! :D

Interesting, I quit chewing cinnamon a few years ago when I read that it dulls your sense of taste. But perhaps dentine whouln't bee so strong. Sheryl

Cinnamon is supposed to be good for helping to lower blood sugar levels also.
