Due to this heat wave which we are experiencing, it is best to drink lots of water and stay cool. Avoid soda as much as possible. Water will quench your thirst, but soda will make you thirsty. Go for that big glass or bottle of water. Dessie 91
Know how many calories you have before an iffy situation
If you know you have 500 calories left for the day (using Tracker) and you go out, you have better control over selecting the 1 or 2 items that are high in calories rather than binging and thinking, "oh well, how can I know with restaurant food anyhow?" Eating and enjoying that fried catfish (high in protein) is much better calorie-wise and guilt-wise rather than some catfish, all of the fries, all of the potato salad.
We can't stay inside all the time controlling our exact portions.
