If you’re at home and need to walk from one room to another, take the opportunity to squeeze in some exercise! Try lunging across the room instead of walking. Take a large step forward with your right foot, bending your right knee at a 90 degree angle and keeping your back straight. Repeat with the next foot, moving forward. You may look silly, but your thighs will look great after a few weeks!

    I love this! I do this in my office. Im sure everyone thinks Im a weirdo but I WILL take advantage of what time I have. I do this when I go to the bathroom. I lunge back to my desk. Or I will do pushups. lol
