Way To Sneak In More Exercises




If you’re at home and need to walk from one room to another, take the opportunity to squeeze in some exercise! Try lunging across the room instead of walking. Take a large step forward with your right foot, bending your right knee at a 90 degree angle and keeping your back straight. Repeat with the next foot, moving forward. You may look silly, but your thighs will look great after a few weeks!

    I love this! I do this in my office. Im sure everyone thinks Im a weirdo but I WILL take advantage of what time I have. I do this when I go to the bathroom. I lunge back to my desk. Or I will do pushups. lol - by KKWOOD80
