People I know ask, "How much should I eat?", "How can I exercise?" However, here is no universal answer- it's different for everyone. Just do the things you already know you should. Eat fruits and veggies, don't eat out, go on a walk or a jog. See what you're capable of and slowly push yourself further each time you work out, look up new recipes along the way. It amazes me how people claim to be helpless when they already know the answers!

When I first began a fitness program, I didn't always know all the moves or the steps. Really I didn't even always feel like going. But I just kept at it like I knew what was going on. Like I wanted to go anyway. Eventually I did want to go and I did know the moves. I just had to get started.
I often find myself putting off my exercise until later and later with little excuses (My food needs to settle, I'm too hungry now that I waited I need to eat again, I don't have time to exercise and then shower before I need to go etc) Before I know it I'm out of time. Doing something small I know I can get done early in the day ensures I'll have done something which is always better than nothing, hopefully I'll add more later but if not at least I didn't skip out on the whole day!
I created a shopping list spreadsheet for things I buy on a regular basis. With 2 columns, a check area for getting it and an area to track prices. I take that with me when I shop to help me know how much I'm spending and attach my receipt to it so when I go shopping again, I know what I spent.
