i use a bodybugg so i keep a pretty detailed food journal that includes the weight of just about everything i eat. i track using a book - something i can take with me everywhere. it's actually stopped me from eating something unhealthy - i didn't want to have to put it in my journal! to me, that's the beauty of food logging - it keeps you honest! i do the same thing with my workouts using my bodybugg & heart rate monitor.
