Every time im lacking motivation, and i just feel like im about to give up, i go and do something for myself. Go get your nails done, or buy one of your favorite magazines. the point is DO something for YOU. Food doesnt have to be your comfort.

I'm telling EVERYONE I know about SP because it's SO MUCH BETTER TIME SPENT on the computer than Facebook!!! At least you're doing SOMETHING for YOURSELF to help BETTER yourself, whether it's losing weight or exercsing more -- it's a TOTAL SUPPORT site!!!
It is so important to ignore those who are negative about your journey and to ignore the guilt that comes from doing something for yourself. I am learning this each and everyday...and because of this I am actually acheiving mygoals!! S L O W L Y but surely... 306
When stress eating is about to get you, go take a bath! It's relaxing and will give you just the amount of "time out" you need to avoid temptation. Also, it's doing something for yourself - and you deserve it!!!36
