Exercise - For me, it's something that I know I need to do, but I really don't enjoy doing it.
My plan of attack is to get my exercise in the first thing in the morning. Once it is done I can breathe a big sigh of relief and not have to worry about it for the rest of the day.

I work full time and have a daily 2 hour commute. Fitting in my exercise in the morning helps get the day started off right.

Yes that's a good idea! Sometimes I leave it til the end of the day; and than I need to really push myself...but maybe I need to start at the beginning!

Get Up Early for Exercising
Start your day off with exercise. If you get it in at the start of your day, it gets done. If you wait till later in the day, it might not get done because things happen and it falls to the wayside. I'm not perfect and do miss my morning exercise on occasion because I have a very early appointment, I'm sick or other obligations, but for the most part my exercising gets done not long after getting up.
When we are at home I get outside with my child. I don't think about food while I'm outdoors with her plus I'm getting exercise, getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D, and creating a memory with my daughter. So get outside!
