Exercise - Getting It Over With!

Exercise - For me, it's something that I know I need to do, but I really don't enjoy doing it.

My plan of attack is to get my exercise in the first thing in the morning. Once it is done I can breathe a big sigh of relief and not have to worry about it for the rest of the day.

MORE INFORMATION:
I work full time and have a daily 2 hour commute. Fitting in my exercise in the morning helps get the day started off right.

    Yes that's a good idea! Sometimes I leave it til the end of the day; and than I need to really push myself...but maybe I need to start at the beginning! emoticon
