Drinking 8 glasses of water has ALWAYS been a struggle for me. I've never really liked plain water and always turned to sweet tea (being a southern girl) or diet drinks. However, I'm learning the benefits of drinking water finally. The secret for me is to take 2- 1 liter bottles of water to work. I'll drink 1 liter before lunch and 1 before going home. I fill an insulated mug to keep it cold and this makes me drink and refill during the day - getting me up from my desk.
No special equipment needed. I've noticed on the weekends when I don't have the routine of work and I don't drink as much that I'm always thirsty. Our bodies NEED this water!
